I recently had sort of an epiphany where I realized that my road to recovery from bulimia doesn't have to mean doing nothing... and it doesn't meant I can't lose weight in a good, healthy way. I can make myself fit, healthy, and happy... emphasis on healthy.

So this blog is going to be a positive fitspo/motivation/healthy-ness blog. I will share anything I learn or discover on my journey to healthy and fit.

I do not post/support pro-ana/mia stuff... however, I've been there and I do know that some of the things I post can be triggering, so please be careful.
